Cancellation and Refund Policy

Order Cancellations:
  • Request Timing: Customers may cancel their order within one hour of placement.
  • Process: To cancel an order, send an email to support@imagicmobiles.com with the subject line “Cancel – order no.”
  • Accepted Times: Cancellations are accepted only between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
  • Refund: Upon cancellation, customers will receive a 50% refund. The refund will be credited to the customer’s bank account within 7 to 14 working days. Please note that it may take up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in the customer’s bank account.
Cancellation of Shipped Orders:
  • Request Process: If the customer requests to cancel the order after it has been shipped, 70% of the order value will be deducted.
  • Refund: The remaining 30% will be credited to the customer’s original payment source. The deduction covers material, labor charges, and packaging expenses incurred by the company.
