Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time:

    • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received.
    • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:

    • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
    • Delivery times for domestic orders are typically 3-7 business days.
    • Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking:

    • Customers will receive a shipment confirmation email once their order has shipped.
    • The email will contain tracking information to monitor the delivery status.
  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

    • Imagic Mobiles is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
    • All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
  • Damages:

    • Imagic Mobiles is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
    • If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
    • Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
  • International Shipping:

    • We currently do not ship internationally. All orders must have a domestic shipping address within the country.
